- Prepare 1/3 cup of Egg Whites.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Vanilla.

- It’s 1 of Cinnamon (to taste).
Oatmeal Pancakes instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Preheat a skillet and spray with a non-stick spray.
- Pour batter into skillet into pancake sized discs.
- When you can shake it around in the pan it is time to flip.
- Top with fruit or syrup or whatever you would like.
- I like to top with a little of my home made peanut butter and sugar free syrup.
